Trauma Release

Traumas can be big or small, from being bullied in grade school, to being emotionally or sexually abused. Every trauma creates negative emotions and beliefs that can sabotage your efforts. You may not even be aware when an old trauma gets triggered, and you react automatically.

The clue to knowing if past traumas are handicapping you is to ask yourself, “Is there a goal I keep trying to reach, but can’t seem to make much headway?” It could be in the area of health, wealth or relationships. Whenever your efforts seem to be blocked, it’s likely there is a trauma that needs to be released.

The process is done in several 60-90 minute sessions via Zoom.
